Recipes To Beat The Bloat

For Earth Month, the lovely Liana Werner-Gray appeared on ABC Good Morning Washington to promote recipes that can help us all overcome bloating! Bloating can be caused by a variety of circumstances, but one of the most common is eating too much processed meals. She showed three meals made with functional foods that we may substitute for traditional ones to avoid bloating and get the nutrients we need while enjoying a delicious meal.

Liana Werner-Gray, author of The Earth Diet, is a prominent dietitian.

She offered three de-bloating recipes with us:

1. Ginger tea: Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and can help with bloating and sugar cravings. It’s perfect for sipping in the evening or following a full lunch.

2. Lentil Bolognese: Explore Cuisine Chickpea Spaghetti, lentils, and Carbone tomato sauce were used to make this dish. This dish has half the carbs, twice the protein, twice the fiber, and it’s gluten-free! Gluten can be a problem when boating, so this is a fantastic method to stay away from it.

3. No Bake Chocolate Peppermint Brownies: Isn’t it true that everyone likes brownies? However, these brownies are free of gluten, dairy, and processed sugar. They have the ability to provide us with the genuine energy we require to get through the day. Cacao, tigernut flour, Pri manuka honey, and Sunbutter & Bhu Foods cookie butter icing on top. These are a dessert that can be used in a variety of ways.
